Logistics

We manage the vendors, timelines, and legalities behind the scenes, taking care of the complex machinery of event planning so you don’t have to. Our team handles end-to-end vendor management, including rigorous contract negotiations, deliverable tracking, and payment schedules. We also build a meticulous, minute-by-minute master run-of-show that synchronizes load-in, technical rehearsals, main programming, and strike.
